Location
The Seignelay River Rises to the south of Lac Vallard.
It flows through the unorganized territory of
Rivière-Mouchalagane in Caniapiscau, Quebec.
Its course is almost due south.
It is one of the major inlets to the
Manicouagan Reservoir
